Privacy
A plain-language summary of what the current website implementation collects and the details that still require owner and professional confirmation.
Information you choose to send
- The contact form accepts a name, email address, contact reason, and message.
- The general update list and app waitlist accept an email address.
- Do not submit sensitive medical information, account credentials, or information about a child through these forms.
Technical information used for protection
The form endpoints use an email address and, when available, an IP address to enforce submission rate limits. The current implementation uses Upstash Redis for those rate limits and Resend to deliver form and waitlist messages by email.
Error and performance monitoring
The current code configures Sentry for error and performance monitoring. Browser session replay is also configured with text and input masking and media blocking. The exact production configuration, retention period, geographic processing, and user notice or consent requirements must be confirmed before this page is treated as final.
Youth privacy
The Youth page is directed to parents, caregivers, educators, and organizations. The current site does not create child accounts or intentionally ask children to submit personal information. Any future child-facing digital interaction requires separate privacy, legal, and safety review.
External services
Links may take you to Amazon, Facebook, the 988 Lifeline website, and other third parties. Their privacy practices apply when you use their services.
Details still requiring confirmation
- The legal identity and contact address of the site operator.
- How long contact messages, waitlist emails, rate-limit records, Sentry events, and replays are retained.
- The process and verified contact address for access, correction, or deletion requests.
- Whether any newsletter platform, CRM, analytics, advertising, or cookie tools are used outside the code reviewed here.
- Which processors and subprocessors are active in production and where data is processed.
- Whether a cookie or consent banner is required for the production Sentry configuration.
- How future app accounts, stored information, and youth-related features will be handled.
